I dont know why I feel compell to take these quiz. But I do. It is part of 'research'. Lookie, the six bizillion things you even want to put on your blog from blogthings.
I think it is status. Yeah, having a silly batch is status.
Oh, I will be able to post pics soon. Really. ugh.

Heh.. the magic of google.(and the magic of MT). I can save all this stuff. Oh wait, maybe I should use delicious. oh, the choices.
or is it whinning.
So yesterday I received VK in the mail ... I see some very cute patterns. I can resist. I have a couple of projects I am working on and I have a project list for the year and wish list. I made those lists not too long ago and I think I have some self control.
Along comes black tweed yarn that I have been .... er.. yeah. Let's just say black tweed yarn is not easy to find. Black tweed yarn is endagered like black denim yarn. Seriously, black tweed yarn in 4-ply and Chunky all in one day!
Is that luck or is that torture?
Hrmph. This is the most flattering profile I've seen on Aquarians. AND ... it beats the profile on a Taurus. Ha.
Oh, don't mind these random entries, they are probably due to excessive self reflection and time on my hands and incoherent thought process and life-altering type events and and and ..
January 29, 2006 is Chinese New Year. This year is the year of the dog see astology.com or Chinese Culture Center of San Francisco.
Er. According to astrology.com and Chinese Culture Center of San Francisco (authoritative sources!) , "The most compatible match for a Dog is the Horse, Tiger, and Rabbit.
Er.
Thats right. G and I are compatible. Well, I am completely shocked. I must tell mom.
I don't mean to sound philosophical, but what does R[ight]S[ide] mean? Is it the side you think should face you, or the side the pattern say to face you, or am I just too lame to figure out what's right and what's wrong?
After careful studying of my WiP and the pattern and the finished Corset on Yahoo Group and countless revisualizing my CO, RS, WS flipping and enlarging photos and and and ....
I have concluded that I am mixed up. Here is the alleged RS and the alleged WS based on my CO, RS, WS & me following the pat.
The trouble is .... [besides the fuzzies fuzz] I like how the bust decrease creates a good bust dart on the WS and I like how the garter and stockinette creates purty lace top edge. This is troublesome since the pattern wasnt meant for the RS lace and WS bust decrease to be on the same side. On top of what I consider right and wrong issue, I find I am not liking the zigzag in Chart D.
So...
I took unilateral action and step down the 4 rows of Chart D to undo the twisted stitches, and turn the two decreases at the end of Chart C towards each other. Here is where I am: RS - has two rib ridges ends in garter and two extending into the body and WS - WS has one central rib ridge (and forks) extending into the body. I have 10" minus 7 rows to decide what's right and what's wrong.
Planning for J's trip in Feb/March. Last time J visited, we went to six shops. For this visit, we want to visit new-to-us shops (and food!) and some old favorites.
LYS:
Since we are big time nerds, we will actually get store hours, traffic & route, and combine the food places to create a PLAN. Afterall, we do have specific secret items we must procure.
Here is the Food list:
Keeping in mind that I have budget and J has guidelines, incentives, and goals ... we are checking references and reviews and will finalize selections.

Happy new year! Er. Pic of a black WiP looks like a blob. Ball 5, after Chart C - bust decrease. Bamboo is slippery yet wonderful to knit with. It is easy to spot the mistakes. Also, it splits a little, but overall very pleasant to work with on addi US#7.
Next up .. Chart D and established pat for ~10 inches.
