My dragon is funny looking
I am having possibly the most terrible few days in my recent memory. In between the terribleness, I distracted myself with putting the dragon together. His head has a silly tile and he has bad teeth.

I am having possibly the most terrible few days in my recent memory. In between the terribleness, I distracted myself with putting the dragon together. His head has a silly tile and he has bad teeth.
In between all the hurry up and wait for work one day, I cut up fabric and sew a small DPN case for the ultra-sharp KP DPNs. I recycled a ribbon (GD, does that look familiar? :) )
I did not even both to turn the fabric the right direction (see the doggies bone going different directions!).
Periodically, I interact with the DH about knitting.. he knows and is interested a little on my projects.
A few weeks ago.. I held up two balls of yarn - green and orange to DH:
"Look, a new project"
DH: "What's that?"
"mmm. an animal .. but it doesn't actually exist"
[time lapse, a few days later after I finished a few parts"
DH: "It is a dinosaur!"
"Er. almost :)"
DH "Well, no real animal is that color"
...
True, and here are some [warning: terrible photo ahead, it was impossible to photo fussy yarn indoors at night] animals parts completed. I washed gently and layout them out. KP Crayon held two together is very unpleasant to knit. With the lack of brain cells these days, I got confused a few times and had to reknit a few of the parts.
Fortunately, the ultra-sharp KP DPNs had no issue pulling the fussy yarn through the inc and dec.
GD was kind enough to give me some stuffing..Thanks! On to the next step of this green and orange thing.
