Feeling the stress

After an entire day of browsing patterns, including: a borrow from J Book Nine - Elsebeth Lavold, a F2003 back issue of IK, many hours of Ravelry, and many sweater J found...

I have added ten sweater favorites to my Ravelry list. Stumbled across a fellow Raveler's pic who I have also made a sweater for. Looked through a dozen booklets and pattern books in my own library. I am still at a complete lost on my next project. I threw in the towel last night and went to sleep. I am also contemplating exactly the same thing tonight. It is probably all the stress, a lot of fickleness, a hint of budget limitation, on top of a lot of yarn I really want to knit.

Just when I am about to quit. I remember J said "vest.." when I was concern about running out of yarn for a ss cable sweater. So searching for "vest" I went .. and found Veste Everest (Ravelry link) from IK F2005.

Vest! That's a great idea. And you could actually wear it! I like this design. It would be super cute with a long or short sleeve t. Go!

I love that vest (and the old, grey pug in the IK picture). I think you might get more use out of a grey vest? it's even the right gauge! :)

otherwise maybe you should either just CO and start knitting a ss top OR maybe start another type of project (hat? gloves?)
