A scenic route

The last couple of months have seen a few crochet projects (eleven so far this year, many of them very small) - a couple on the recent car road trip. I am not so sure it is easier to crochet on road trips (vs knitting). True that there is one less needle to drop in those hard-to-reach car crevices. Then again, I did drop my hook and had to reach under the seat ... my fingers found the hook and some gooey brown substance (ew!).

I may be ready to get back on the knitting wagon. With this warm weather, perhaps a small colorwork project ...

Can't believe you can do that in the car! I'd be carsick within minutes. Just yesterday I tried to knit in car (just K in circular pattern) and dropped a crochet hook I'd pulled out to p/u a dropped stitch, So far I've found 85 cents, an old ice cream cup, straws, and two CD cases, but no hook. Will be out there standing on my head again this morning. You win the clean car contest!

Love the alligator! Must head for Ravelry to check it out.

cheater, you already started the small colorwork project. :D

I love all of these projects!
